NYORD stands for high-quality, durable products for cooking, eating, and drinking that transform your everyday culinary moments into extraordinary experiences. Should you not be completely satisfied with one of our products, we want to make the return process as easy as possible for you.
Return Policy:
- You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging. The item must be returned to us no later than 30 days after receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend insured return shipping to ensure safe transport.
- There is no restocking fee.

Our Guarantee: NYORD products are designed for longevity. However, if for any reason you are considering a return, we are here to help – true to our Nordic philosophy: simplicity, quality, and transparency.
Undeliverable Shipments and Failure to Collect
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs incurred from the refund.
Such reasons include, in particular:
– missing or incorrect name on the doorbell
– incomplete or incorrect delivery address
– failure to collect the shipment from a DHL Packstation, branch, or delivery point within the timeframe specified by DHL
In these cases, DHL charges for both the initial and return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs and will therefore deduct them from the purchase price during the refund process.
