Are the pans and pots dishwasher safe?

Yes, our stainless steel products are dishwasher safe. However, for a longer lifespan, we recommend handwashing with warm water and a little dish soap. Our copper products should be handwashed, as copper is not dishwasher safe.

Do I have to burn in the products?

Seasoning isn't absolutely necessary. The non-stick effect is instant. For even better performance, a brief seasoning with heat-resistant oil may be helpful.

Do the pans and pots also work on induction?

Yes, all Nyord products are suitable for all types of stoves – including induction, gas, ceramic, electric, and even the oven (pans up to 250 °C, glass lids up to 180 °C).

Is the coating really scratch-resistant?

Our patented RUNE-HYBRID-PROTECTION™ offers an exceptionally robust surface. Even metal utensils are no problem!
